The User on subscription agrees to purchase Telecast Monitoring reports from www.perfectmonitoring.com corresponding to the buying parameters the User goes through before submitting the order. All the Reports will be purchased on the World Wide Web at www.perfectmonitoring.com the Telecast Report vending portal of Perfect Monitoring Services Pvt. Ltd & there is no obligation on the part of the Vendor to give hardcopy of the same to substantiate the data. The delivery mechanism is over the net & dissemination through it. The printout for the Basic Reports can be purchased on the net at the rates applicable. Video backup for the same can also be purchased on the net till the time it is preserved at the rates applicable. Service Tax (Currently at 10.2%) extra will be applicable on all purchases & will be automatically added to the Invoice raised by the portal. Any other tax if applicable as & when levied by the Government will be included in the Invoice amount without the obligation of notifying the Buyer. perfectmonitoring.com's products can be purchased either by Cheque/DD or through credit, if extended. If the payment is by cheque/DD, the products will be open for use only after the realization of the same. In whatever case, other than specially mentioned in an agreement all the Invoices should be paid within one week of the Date of Invoice. Any failure of payment will attract a penalty of 24% on the amount unpaid & upon the discretion of the Vendor, the services offered by the vendor might be terminated without prior notice. The Invoice will be directly accessed from the net (Login>My Page>Account History). Hard copy if required by the Buyer will also be taken from the net & the Vendor does not have any obligation to send Invoice for the same. The Buyer has agreed to the parameters of Data Availability, Channels Monitored & the Report formats of www.perfectmonitoring.com.The Buyer has read & agreed to the Terms of Use laid down in the site. All clauses & consequences laid down in the Terms are binding upon the Buyer & the Vendor. Perfectmonitoring.com reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."
